Jordan Bird is a Northeast Ohio native who graduated from University School in 2014 and earned an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 2019. After returning home, Jordan began his career in multifamily property management, working with several regional management companies before transitioning into commercial real estate.

Jordan’s involvement in the industry began early through data entry work for a commercial brokerage during high school, where he reviewed leases and organized transactional data into clear, usable formats. This early exposure fostered a lasting interest in real estate and laid the groundwork for his professional career. Jordan has been with the firm since 2020/2021 and supports brokerage, leasing, and property operations across the portfolio.
